TFCA BEST OF 2008 AWARDS: I was recently voted in as a member of the prestigious TORONTO FILM CRITICS ASSOCIATION and I couldn't be happier. MUSIC: As many of you know, I compose music for film in my spare time (which aint so spare these days). Make sure you go to www.cottonmouth.tv to watch what I consider to be my finest work on Christopher Garetano's terrifying short horror film COTTONMOUTH. Incidentally, Garetano and I got along so well that he's making another short film based on some of my tracks from my current album MUSIC FOR PARASITES. I'm excited as I think Garetano is just about to walk with giants…he's that good.

TEACHING: I continue to serve as Film History teacher at the Toronto Film and Media College (www.torontofilmcollege.ca) doing my damndest to instill a bit of cinema education into the droves of would be Tarantino's who stumble through our doors. And I must admit...it's the joy of my life.
